Service Request Procedures

After a Service Request has been initiated between the Customer and SDMS, a Service Request Work Order (WO) will be created. We will then travel to the work site provided and perform the troubleshooting tasks necessary to determine the root of the problem.

Once a solution has been found, the customer will be informed of the issue and the steps needed to correct the problem. If repair is minimal and approved by the customer, repair will be performed on a Time and Material (T&M) basis.

If extensive repairs are needed, the Service Request Work Order (WO) will be closed and billed. A formal proposal will then be drafted and sent to the customer at his/her request for approval.

Service Request Fees:

Contract Customers: $XXX Service/Truck Charge+ $XXX/Hour Labor+ Material Cost.

Non-Contract Customers: $XXX Service/Truck Charge+ $XXX/Hour Labor+ Material Cost.
